Delivery Information
We are big supporters of our village Post Office, here in Killin. For deliveries within the United Kingdom we use Royal Mail First Class Signed For. The service does require a signature on delivery, so if you are unlikely to be in please use an alternative address.
Flat Rate for UK delivery – £8
All of our orders are sent to customers in fully recyclable cardboard boxes. All of our box liners and Ice packs are non toxic and recyclable. We believe that our packaging is the most environmental friendly of any Smokehouse in the UK .
We always aim to post orders on the same day we receive them, but sometimes this isn’t possible. We dispatch orders on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
For any orders over 2kg we use Parcelforce 24, which is a guaranteed next day delivery option that requires a signature on delivery.
The packaging we use for postal deliveries is an innovative design that protects against sharp changes in air temperature during transit, so your delivery reaches you in perfect condition.
Our smoked salmon has a 21-day use by date and should be kept refrigerated on arrival. Once opened, the salmon should be eaten within three days. Our salmon can be frozen for up to three months from delivery date.
